The Light the Way 5K celebrates mental health and wellness with a community run, kids’ activities, and a free after-run concert. Families are encouraged, with glow sticks, prizes, and a welcoming atmosphere that make this more than a race. It is an experience for all ages to shine a light on mental wellness together.
